One of Trent’s favorite shows is Wow! Wow! Wubzy! So when I had the opportunity to review the newest DVD featuring Wubzy and all of his friends I was excited.
Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! Go For The Gold gives young fans a front-row seat as Wubbzy joins a hoopty-hoops team, learns that being a small need not get in the way of being a champion and that playing fair is the only way to win. This DVD features 7 fun-filled episodes including “Run For Fun.” Run for Fun is about the Wuzzolympic Games featuring official coach Michelle Kwanzzleberry (Michelle Kwan). Wubbzy and his friends are geared up to compete in the big event, the Wuzzleburg Wacky Dash and Michelle advises them to prepare, practice and have fun! While Wubbzy, Widget and Walden all devise shortcuts they hope will help them win the race, Daizy helps her friends – and young viewers learn that slow and steady wins the race.
This DVD also features Touchdown Tiki (Tiki Barber), the best footy-football player ever! In the episode “What a Card,” Wubbzy and Daizy both want to round out their football card collections with the rare Touchdown Tiki card. When their buddy Earl gets the card they both try to become his best friend to get the card.
I love the lessons that Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! teaches Trent, and this DVD is no exception. Trent enjoyed watching it so much that he watched it several afternoons in a row and that is rare! I would recommend this as a great DVD to add to your child’s cartoon collection.

We were able to review Wow! Wow! Wubzy! Pirate Treasure and we’ve been huge fans ever since. In fact, my husband bought the girls the Halloween DVD for Valentine’s Day. My 3-yr-old’s fave is Dora, but she also loves Wubzy and Disney’s Robin Hood.
