CLOSED Sippy Straw Cleaner {review & giveaway}

by Andrea on November 15, 2009

As the mother of two young children I am constantly cleaning cups with straws. It was so frustrating to me that I couldn’t find anything to clean the straws thoroughly. Well, I have found a wonderful product that safely and effectively cleans out sippy straws with ease. The Sippy Straw Cleaner is a great invention by fellow mom and momprenuer Jennifer. Jennifer came up with the idea for the Sippy Straw Cleaner after being frustrated by not having something to clean out her child’s sippy cups and straws.

The Sippy Straw Cleaner underwent weeks of laboratory testing and is certified BPA free, FDA approved and meets all the requirements of the US Consumer Product Safety Regulations. The brush has a nylon bristle tip, stainless steel rust free wire stem, and a polypropelene handle to allow for easier holding and scrubbing motion.  In the boutique designed, eye-appealing blister card package, you will receive two brushes. sippy straw package

I received a pack of Sippy Straw Cleaners to review and I love them! My kids still use the cups with the accordion style straws and boy were they tough to clean! With the Sippy Straw Cleaner I can easily clean my sons straws and I don’t have to worry any longer about them having germs and bacteria inside.

The Sippy Straw Cleaner is a great new product that I would recommend to any mother whose children use sippy cups, thermos’, and cups with straws. This product is Moody Mama approved!

You can buy the Sippy Straw Cleaner on Jennifer’s website for $3.98 a pack.

Here is a picture of me using the Sippy Straw Cleaner on my sons accordion style straw.

The straw cleaner can be used to clean all major brands of straws. I have always been frustrated trying to get them clean enough to use again.

What a great idea! Leave it to a Mom to design a needed product! I can see using these for cleaning other little tight spots, too!

I like that they include 2 brushes===While we believe you will only need one brush for cleaning your straws, we have included a second brush that you may find other items you’ve needed a small brush to clean. Some of our customers have told us they use the small brush for jewlery and keyboard cleaning

What a great idea! I love the fact that it was created by a stay-at-home mom, and not a huge corporation scooping in our money..
