This time of year is the time when I most like to bake and also make homemade desserts. One such dessert that comes to mind is homemade fudge. Fudge is one of my favorite treats! If you are like me you just don’t have the time to make those delicious desserts that you crave. I have found a place that makes the most delicious fudge you have ever tasted! Rosa’s Premium New England Fudge is that place.
Rosa’s Premium Fudge was started in 1982 in Springfield, Massachusetts. The company started by selling bulk homemade fudge to small neighborhood stores and local department store chains. As demand grew they expanded to business and now ship to 48 states nationwide. They use premium ingredients including natural vanilla, heavy cream, butter, large English walnuts and premium peanut butter. Their fudge is made fresh daily and is Kosher.
Currently Rosa’s carries 17 flavors including peanut butter, chocolate, chocolate walnut, vanilla, maple and more! I was sent a large sample pack to try and boy was it a real treat! My children don’t particularly care for fudge so my husband and I had it all to our selves! All of the flavors I tried were delicious but my favorite flavors were the vanilla, peanut butter and maple. My husband liked the chocolate walnut the best. The fudge was creamy and rich, just like good quality fudge should be. It tasted fresh which is suprising since it was mailed from across the country. We really enjoyed the fudge and I would recommend it to anyone as a great gift or a treat for yourself.
