My cat got out of the house on Tuesday. He came back tonight and had been hit by a car. Stupid people fly down my street. I had to put him down this evening and I am heartbroken. RIP Sunny. We love you!

I know it’s a few days late, but I wanted to let you know that I’m sorry for your loss.

Im so very sorry for your loss. Its so hard to loss part of your family, always love you know matter what and hate when people say it just a cat so not truth. My heart goes out to you I lost one of my babies not to long ago and you will always miss them!

Oh I am SO sorry! Poor sweet Sunny. I’m sure he’s frolicking freely at the Rainbow Bridge and will greet you with tons of leg rubs and kisses when you finally meet him there. Sending up prayers for you and your family.

I’m so sorry this happened. I am petsitting and the cat got out last night and I panicked, following it around calmly until it would come back to me.

I’m so sorry about your cat. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs and it is so hard to lose a pet. Even harder when they have been injured and it’s amazing how they want to come back home when they’re hurt. He looks so handsome in the picture.

Some will say he was only a cat. I say he was a member of the family, a fur baby. A big lovable pain in the butt. A lovable one, just like a husband or child can be. I have been where you are and I extend you my deepest sympathy for your loss. I wish people would just slow down a little. Today it was a cat, what could it be tomorrow?

I’m so, so sorry for your loss! I have two cats who are indoor cats for that very reason – people think I’m crazy for making sure the door is shut all the time, but I’m so scared they’ll get out. I’m glad that you got to say goodbye, at the very least. Take care – RIP Sunny!
