Moving Comfort is a company that makes comfortable sports bras and related apparel for active women. The company was founded in 1977 by two active women who were tired of wearing men’s shorts while running. In the last two decades Moving Comfort has learned how to make their clothing even better by utilizing more innovative fabrics that prevent chaffing, rubbing and pinching.

I received the Cara sports bra to review. The Cara sports bra was made for all day comfort and support. I requested my normal size and I found the band of the bra to be a bit tighter than expected. I believe this is because it is more supportive than my regular bras. Alth0ugh the bra is a bit tighter around it is still very comfortable. I wear it when I exercise and it keeps my breasts from bouncing around which is a definite plus! I also like that the bra has extra support on the sides to keep my breasts in place. The Cara bra comes in three different colors and a wide range of sizes. I would recommend Moving Comfort sports bras to anyone looking for a comfortable yet supportive bra to wear while working out.

Moving Comfort makes more than just bras! They also make workout attire and underwear that are made specifically for the active woman. I believe that Moving Comfort is a company that truly cares about women and their comfort while exercising.
