MomFit Monday Week 3

This week’s challenge was to find and share one healthy recipe. My healthy recipe is to mix lowfat vanilla yogurt with granola for nice treat. I love it!

This week I did manage to get a couple of walks in but the rain kept me from walking every day. I did get on my Wii Fit once (bad me) and I have not lost a pound. It is my own fault. I had too much Easter candy in the house this week and we went to a potluck on Friday night and I ate way too much. So I guess I should be glad I haven’t gained any weight but I am not happy with myself at all. Hopefully next week will go better. I did walk already today so I am starting the week off right!

    I think Easter made this a bad week for everyone. I lost 2lbs early in the week but gained one back by Monday morning. Dang Easter bunny.

    I wish I could say that I started this week off well – I think Easter tuckered me out and I just feel so lazy! Tomorrow is another day, right?
