Healthier Cooking with the George Foreman Evolve Grill

Over the past several months I have been trying to prepare healthier meals for my family. With my husband and I both being overweight not only do we need to eat healthier but we also want to be better role models for our children. I recently received the new Evolve Grill from George Foreman and I couldn’t wait to try it out!

The George Foreman Evolve Grill is a versatile grill that allows you to prepare healthier meals without taking up too much counter space. What makes this grill so different is that it comes with a variety of grill plates to allow you to cook more of your meals the in a healthier way. The grill comes with 2 grill plates, 1 deep dish bake pan (did someone say lasagna?) and a cupcake/muffin pan. I did not receive the cupcake/muffin pan however I may be purchasing it to go along with my Evolve grill.

There are several extra grill plates that you can purchase to add on to the George Foreman Evolve Grill. They include the waffle plate, the panini plate, the omelet plate, the griddle plate and the mini burger plate. With all of the extra plates available you could quit using your oven and cook almost anything on the Evolve grill! This grill features a patented slope design so the fat from your food drains away while cooking. No more greasy burgers or chicken! It also features the George Toughâ„¢ non-stick coating so you don’t have to worry about your food sticking to the plates. We cooked chicken breasts on this grill the other day and they came right off with no sticking at all. The Evolve grill has a digital temperature control and timer so that your food comes out perfectly cooked every time. This grill comes with a special spatula that won’t harm the cooking surfaces and the plates and accessories are all dishwasher safe making clean-up so simple.

We cooked up some chicken breasts and they turned out moist and delicious!

One thing that I like about the George Foreman Evolve Grill is that it comes with an instruction booklet that tells you the approximate cooking times for different foods. Thank you George Foreman for helping take the guesswork out of cooking for me! I also like that this grill has an 84 inch cooking surface so there is plenty of room to cook for my family of four. If you are concerned about cooking healthy for your family (I think many people are!) then you should definitely check out the new George Foreman Evolve Grill.

Buy It: The amazing George Foreman Evolve Grill is available to purchase for $129.99.

    Very nice review!
I remember when these came out years ago, and it looks like they have ‘evolved’ quite a bit! The older ones … well the grease /oil wasn’t very well contained and it was a huge mess- even with very lean meats. It looks like it is alot more contained.
