Celebrate Chocolate Review & Giveaway (CLOSED)

by Andrea on June 10, 2009

Have you wanted to lose weight but have a hard time controlling your appetite? Then I have found something unique for you to try! Celebrate Chocolate Truffles are the new thing in chocolate.  They are made with Avocado, Macadamia nut, and Hemp seed oils. These oils are loaded with heart and brain healthy omega 3, which also helps you have healthy hair, skin and nails. They also claim help you eat less when you eat one or two before a meal.

From the Celebrate Nurtrition website:

When you savor one or two Celebrate Chocolates about 20 minutes before a meal – when your stomach is not full – it passes more quickly into your intestinal track. There, as it is digested, along with the natural cocoa oils, it begins to tell your body you are beginning to get full.

This chocolate is made from premium organically grown cocoa from the Venezuelan highlands. I got to sample two different sample boxes of Celebrate Truffles. truffles-open-box

The Celebrate Truffle Classics Sampler contains:

  • a light chocolate truffle
  • a dark chocolate truffle
  • three cocoa covered almonds.

The Celebrate Chocolate Creations Sampler contains:

  • Cherry Vanilla, with three types of real cherries
  • Roasted Almond Bits, with almond pieces throughout
  • Mountain Raspberry, with real, tart fruit

The flavor is amazing. If you don’t like rich chocolate these aren’t for you. They are made of between 62% and 73% cocoa. The flavor is strong and it lasts in your mouth. I found that while they did satisfy my appetite I wanted more simply because I just loved the flavor and the way the truffles melted in my mouth. I honestly don’t have a favorite truffle flavor but I did like the Classic Sampler the most since I am not a big fan of fruit and chocolate mixed together. My husband really enjoyed the mountain raspberry truffle. That is the only one I let him sample! The cocoa covered almonds were a bit bitter for my taste but if you like dark chocolate you would love them.

The packaging of the truffles is fabulous. I loved the cute little boxes they came in. They would be great gifts for any occasion. I would recommend these truffles for anyone looking for a special treat. I can’t say that they curbed my hunger for more than 10-15 minutes, but they are delicious and have many health benefits.

Buy It:

You can purchase the truffles at Celebrate Life Nutrition for between $5.49-$7.49.

Win It!

One lucky MMS reader will win the two box sampler that I received!

ScaleDown for Life is the only commercially available weight loss education program based on peer-reviewed medical research. We tested it in a major hospital with 30 critically overweight people. It not only worked. It had incredible results. The average person in the study lost over 30 pounds in the 12 weeks of the program.
