Bad Experience with Totsy

I really don’t enjoy writing negative posts but in this case I feel like it is warranted. I was approached by someone to review Totsy which is an online shopping site for babies and children. The site has sales for different companies that last only a short amount of time. I was given a $50 credit to shop the site and give my honest feedback.

First of all, it took me a couple of emails back and forth with the person who invited me to do the review before the $50 credit was put into my Totsy account. That really wasn’t a big deal and it was not the fault of my contact but rather the fault of the higher powers at Totsy.

I waited until they had a sale with a company that I was interested in purchasing from. I found three pairs of shorts that I thought my son would look cute in and I ordered them. I placed my order on March 29th in the evening. I made the mistake of ordering two of the shorts in the wrong size. THIS WAS MY MISTAKE and NO FAULT OF TOTSY. However I immediately emailed Totsy’s customer service department to see if they could fix my order. I never heard back from them.

In the meantime, I waited patiently for my order to arrive. I waited and waited and waited. Keep in mind that I placed my order on March 29th. I finally received a confirmation that my order had shipped around the first of May. My order arrived on May 6th. I received exactly what I ordered.

I contacted the person who asked me to write the review to let her know how long it took for me to receive my order and also that I had contacted customer service and never heard back. She contacted the higher powers at Totsy for me and on May 10th I received an email from Totsy’s customer service director. This is the first email I received:

I was just informed that you were not satisfied with your experience with Totsy.

I understand that you had ordered the wrong sizes and were never contacted back after you emailed us.

We had experienced issues with our contact us emails and were not receiving any for quite some time.

Can you please, let me know what your order number was so that I can look into this matter further.

I apologize for this situation and hope to hear from you soon.

I emailed him back with my order number immediately. The next day (May 11th) I received this follow up email:

Dear Andrea,

Thank you for your reply.

I am looking into this and will get back to you soon.

I have NOT heard anything from Totsy since May 11th! I can understand that they had email issues. I just cannot understand the time it took for me to receive my order. A simple email from their customer service department stating that the order was going to take a while would have been greatly appreciated.

With all the competition among online retailers customer service is of utmost importance. I am sad that I had such a bad experience with Totsy. They do have some nice sales. Overall, I am very disappointed in Totsy’s customer service and the time it took for me to receive my order. I would NOT recommend Totsy to anyone.

  1. It sounds to me, like, they have such bad customer service and support that trying to get anything resolved will be a losing battle. We are only the people who have come to this blog’s page to rant, imagine how many angry customers they are dealing with all day everyday?! It’s got to be massive, explosive!! How in the world could they possibly keep all these orders straight and manage to refund everyone they screwed over? If they’re all about making money, they probably don’t have very many employees rushing around to make sure you get refunded properly or promptly. Why hurry? Make you fight for it first. How bad do you want it? They toying with people! There’s a million other people they’re waiting to scam, they already got us. Jerks!!

  2. I, too, have been scammed by this company. Completely unknowingly! I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company I subscribe to, I didn’t even realize my order had been placed with Totsy until I got the online invoice! I was upset at that as I had been warned in the past never to order from there! It gets worse though, no doubt! I took a screen shot of the invoice page because I didn’t get a confirmation email! The order I placed was for a subscription for kids NatGeo. The invoice page said I was sent an email with a code with information what do with that code. My billing address is far different from my shipping address and I wasn’t able to put that information in during the order, so if the subscription ever does ship, it will go to whoever lives at my old address!! I contacted Totsy about not getting the email with the information needed to apparently have the ability to redeem my order with NatGeo. They replied asking me if I was sure if my order number because someone else’s name (and they gave me this other person’s name, which I thought was strange) was showing in their system for that order number. No where on my invoice appeared any sort of “order” number, only an invoice number which I clearly stated I was referring to. I wrote back again explaining this invoice number situation and telling them I don’t know who the other customer is. I then noticed in my browser that my order number appeared as the title of the open window. I promptly emailed them again explaining that and giving them my newfound order number. Still no reply.I emailed them again with more explanation and the screen shot of my order, this time just asking for a refund. Still no reply. That was over two weeks ago. I emailed them again just now asking for some reply. My order was placed over a month ago a this point, but, like you said, the money is long gone from my account. I’m terrified to know that they have my billing information. These people are the lowest. I’m glad my purchase was under $20, but if I had only known I was placing that outer with them to begin with, I would have NEVER! I will always be more careful to double check WHO I’m ordering from, even when I trust the company sending me an email link to the “deal”!

    Totsy is the worst! They advertise great products at great prices and are very quick to debit your account. Months later when you question where your product is…about the fifth time…the finally respond that the product(s) you ordered is no longer available. Refund? What’s a refund? They don’t seem to know! BEWARE! I’ve lost money…and customer service does nonexistent.

    Good night, I’m sorry I didn’t see this earlier. I have shopped with them very infrequently due to their insanely long ship times. However, I purchased two identical watch kits for my twin nieces for Christmas on . One kit arrived on November 20th. I waited a week to see if the other would follow. It didn’t. I have now e-mailed, called, waited forever on hold, and just now reached a representative that told me their system was down and to try again in an hour. I’m sure that will happen.

    At least through this blog I was able to get the CEO’s contact information and send him a nasty letter too. Needless to say, I have purchased an alternate Christmas gift for my nieces – now I’m just hoping this gets resolved in time for their birthday, in February.

    Ae you sure you ordered the right size shorts? I think their website plays games with e sizes. I know I chose size 8.5 on a pair of boots, and although they came quickly they sent size 7. I looked back and all the paperwork says I ordered size 7 but I’m 100% positive that I chose 8.5. Now I can’t get ahold of anybody. Never again.

    placed an order w/Totsy for 2 umbrellas that curve down and 1 umbrella w/the cover that slides down for my daughter. one of the umbrellas that curve down was ripped.. called them and they refunded for that umbrella because they say they were out of stock. but after 2 uses, the cover that slides down on my daughters umbrella broke off, and the aluminum stem and handle broke and separated.. can you say “CHEAP”.. Do not buy merchandise on sale from here.. they are clearly knockoff items..

  7. I placed an order with totsy in January, its march…still haven’t recieved it. Pretty pissed, good thing I ordered it in a bigger size, since its taking it so long to get to me, I’ll never order from them again >:(

    I placed an order with Totsy on Dec. 8. I had a $30 credit and placed an order for $26 and change. I anticipated paying $8.70 (shipping plus tax because I know shipping can’t be included in the credit).

    A month later I got an email that 2 of the items I ordered wouldn’t ship. Nothing else…no option to cancel, nothing.

    The beginning of January (the order was supposed to ship Dec. 31) I emailed asking the status of my order – no reply. A week or so later, I sent an email that I no longer wanted the items because I had waited so long and had received no communication. The only reminder I had of this order was the $8.70 entry in my checkbook register that had yet to clear.

    I received an email a few weeks later saying my items had shipped and listed a tally of what was included. The total of the order showed as $65.70! It broke down as such:

    Order Information
    Order Subtotal: $26.75
    Promotion Discount [PLUMD3WIHGERC]: -$30.00
    Sales Tax: $0.00
    Shipping: $7.95

    Total: $65.70

    Needless to say, I emailed immediately, wondering what the error was. I got a canned “I am out of the office” reply, but nothing further.

    Assuming they’d waived the $8.70 shipping because of the two items that had been canceled, I deleted the entry from my checkbook and went on with life (I did receive the remaining items I had purchased in satisfactory condition – not wonderful, but acceptable). Today, Feb. 8, I was balancing my checkbook and found I had been charged $65.70 by Totsy!!!!

    I called, knowing my emails to this point had not been answered, and sat on hold for over 20 minutes before I could talk to a human being. I gave her an overview of the problem, trying to remain calm, and she put me back on hold. She came back telling me they would credit me the $30. I said, no, no….you need to refund me the full $65.70. I should NOT have been charged this in the first place. After meekly arguing that I should pay the shipping charge, the cust. service rep put me back on hold and then did agree that they should refund the full amount.

    Later in the day (7 hours after this conversation) I received an email from Totsy. It was a reply to my original request on January 8 to cancel my order! A month (and emails, phone calls AND overcharges) later, I got a reply to email #2. Ugh….I am on the look out to make sure that $65 charge is reversed – otherwise I am putting in a complaint with every organization that regulates online retail. They don’t know who they’re messing with here!

    Bottom line? Never again with Totsy!!! I don’t care how big of a credit I have!

      I had a bad experience similar to yours, where I ordered the wrong size and by the time they contacted me , it was also too late. Of course, I thought it was a fluke and placed a different order. After a really long time, I receive my order but it is missing one item. I am charged for all 3. I have sent 3 emails over a 1 week period and have yet to receive an answer. They were probaly lying about the email problem since 9 months later, they are still not answering their emails. I have also tried to call them and after 30 minutes on hold (2 different times) i have hung up. I will dispute with my cc company. Do NOT shop Totsy!!!

    I should’ve read these reviews! I too had a horrible experience with them. They not only did not give my referrer her $15 credit, but then they did not credit my account when I referred my daughter and SHE made a purchase. I had to chase and chase them, since mid-December and the two $15 credits are still MIA. On top of this horrible back-end service, they have managed to mis-deliver the shoes I purchased and I can only get 50% of my money back. The remainder is going back to my account as a “Totsy credit”. Do they seriously think I will ever shop with them again given this horrific introduction to their website?!? Appalling handling of CS issues and a waste of time for moms. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!

        Yes! Zulily is so so so much better. I’ve never had any such negative experience with Zuliliy and they’re quick to correct any mistakes or problems.

    uhh…I ordered with Totsy and when the two items finally arrived (months later) the pants I ordered for my baby had a stain on them and a hole on the side and the shoe socks were the wrong ones. I just emailed Totsy and I hope I do not have the same experience everyone else has had…

  12. UGGHHH.. I’m glad I’m not the only one to have an awful experience. I am currently on hold waiting for a representative. It took 5 weeks to get 3/5 items of my order. Then I waited another couple weeks and still had nothing. SO I emailed, a week later I had the response that I would be getting a refund. 3 weeks later and many calls/emails later I still have no refund. And my neck hurts from holding my phone against my shoulder for hours at a time waiting….!!!

      I also just had an awful experience with Totsy. This was the second order I had place with them. The first order was fine. I was aware that it would take a while for it to ship. The second order I placed was on November 15. It was 2 dresses for my twin nieces for Christmas. They said it would ship on December 9th. On December 12th I emailed them about the status of my order…no reply. They replied on the second email only to tell me that they didn’t have the items and were going to refund my money! The gave me a 10.00 credit, but it can’t be used on shipping. Now I have to go out and purchase something else because I’m not going to pay another website for expedited shipping. I hope that they refund my money sooner than they did yours! Don’t buy from Totsy!

    I too ordered some shoes for my girls. Totsy made me waited for weeks (while got the girls all excited). Then, dropped a shipment without letting me know that it was an incompleted order (their email for the shipment tracking show all of the items as being shipped), which made me worry and annoyed my mail man with my inquiries. Then after waiting couple more days to see if another package would show up (which never did), I emailed their customer service about it. No response. After another 3 days, I emailed them again and this time got an answered that the items were out of stock and they’d just refund my money. I got really upset, it’s not the matter of getting the money back (which by law they’d have to any way), but it’s such a terrible customer service. In this day and age, we shouldn’t have to put up with this kind of service. I’m done with them.

    I just talked personally with the CEO from Totsy. I found his contact information above and have also posted it here.

    Here is what I gleaned from our conversation:

    1. Totsy takes your order and then orders it from their sellers. If the seller does not have the inventory, Totsy cancels your order and refunds your money.

    2. Totsy has one purpose: Make Money. He reiterated it a number of times. I understand that a business needs to make money. However, if they want to retain customers, they need to make amends when they make mistakes. Remember, Totsy, two rules. #1 The Customer is always right #2 If the Customer is wrong, see rule #1.

    If it is all about making money, you won’t last long, Totsy!

    I agree. Stay away from Totsy. I ordered something and received a confirmation to my order. However, once they discovered I got a good deal from them, they cancelled the order stating that they were out of stock. They offered nothing to try and retain me as a customer. Beware of Totsy! I will never shop there again.

    I wish I had read this post before ordering from Totsy. To date I have ordered two times from this site. The second order that I put in May 16th was at my door by June 6th, so that one was not so bad and the merchandise was great.

    The first order that I put in on May 14th has still not shipped and it is June 17th. The website states that it takes up to 15 business days for the order to ship. My estimated ship date was June 8th. When I contacted the company about this extreme delay their responses were very generic and they did not address my concern. I am going out of state for the entire month of July and will apparently have a box sitting outside of my house that entire time. I asked if they could hold the order and ship it in late July instead of now and they said no. They suggested I have a friend pick it up and they offered me the 8$ cost of shipping credit, not a refund. I will NEVER order from this site again. STAY AWAY FROM TOTSY!!!

    Wow, a year later and still getting hits here. guess they’ve not improved things much then.
    I placed my first order a few weeks ago for several things totaling over $50. Today I received a random package from them, containing one one one item…that I did NOT order. I have to say that CS was good about emailing me back the same day, but their “solution” wasn’t what I was looking for. They wanted to refund me half of my money for the item I ordered, thought they are not able to send it to me now. However they said I , could keep the item I received. Um, maybe if it was something I could use, but it’s a little baby thing, and I ordered something for my 3 and 6 yr old.
    I found this by searching for a customer service number so I could just deal with a live person. Not feeling too hopeful that that will happen at this point.

  18. this is a useful review. wish I had read it in advance. not thrilled with totsy either. after a month they told me they could not fulfull my order and they would refund the money. Zulily refunds the money and gives credit, which I think is fair.

    I was glad to find this blog post . Now i know it wasn’t just me :)
    This company is a scam. I picture it being run out of a closet. I placed an order for a gift months ago and never received it. I emailed them 3 times and left 2 voicemails. I got no response. Yes, my credit card was charged! Their outgoing message is such a joke. We are not stupid enough to believe that they are really on the other line. I will never (try to) buy anything from them again.
    The lesson I have learned is to always check a business out on BBB before buying anything.

    I don’t think TOTSY is worth the hassle at all. I ordered my products on November 14 and they said 12-15 days shipping time. I realized by about Dec. 17 I didn’t have the products and sent an email. They did respond by email within 24 hours and said cheerfully “good news, your items are about to ship and will arrive in 7-10 business days!” So much for the Christmas presents that I ordered Nov. 14! I wrote back asking to expedite shipping at the their expense–no answer. Wrote again, no answer. Called, never got a human. Finally left a message–no return call. My packages DID show up on December 23, so I will give them credit for making good on my order. But by then I had my husband purchase replacement gifts that he was in love with for the kids, so I wasted money on one end or the other. A little bit more communication from TOTSY would have helped. I was so pissed that nothing was coming–they could have cooled me down a lot with communication, and I wouldn’t have wasted $$ with extra gifts. Not ever ordering from them again.

    I too have had HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service with Totsy. I did file a complaint with the BBB. I also tried to post on their facebook page but can’t. Maybe they made it so you can’t post any more since they are so terrible.
    It really upsets me that people think it is okay to do business like this.
    I ordered summer outfits and had to wait over 8 weeks for SUMMER outfits. I asked to cancel the order, but of course, nobody ever responded.

    TOTSY is the worst!!! Constantly delivers my product to the wrong address, and if delivered, takes what seems a year later, and there’s NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, just e-mail. I should of check them out with BBB first too… TOTSY has an F RATING with the Better Business Bureau. I am making a complaint.

    I too made the mistake of ordering from Totsy. The long shipping times are ONE thing, lack of customer service response and them not updating my account order status online are other things. The entire time I was waiting for my order, my order tracking status said “pending”. I called customer service after 4 weeks, then emailed them after 7 weeks. NO response whatsoever. If I could at least see some change to my order status online, I would have been satisfied. Finally after 8 weeks I received PART of my order. Still waiting on the other part after 9 weeks. How are they in business?

    Totsy currently has a BBB rating of “F”!!! and I understand why. I placed an order with them approximately six weeks ago and only received a portion of my order but was charged the entire amount! I have tried contacting customer service over and over again w/o any response. I have heard the only way to get a response from them is to post your frustration on their Facebook page, but even then that does not always work. I also heard that they will delete all the negative posts at the beginning of the next business day so that potential customers are not scared off. This is a HORRIBLE company that should be shut down. They have atrocious customer service and charge you for items even if they never ship them!!!

    I came across your blog when I typed in “Totsy Feedback” I have also had a horrible experience with Totsy. I hope the word gets out about their awful customer service. I placed my order 4 weeks ago and have yet to receive my item. When you place the order their is no mention that it takes 3-5 weeks for shipping. The first time I contacted the company it took 3 days to receive a response. They suggested I contact them again last week if my item still had not shipped, I did contact them again. It has now been 4 days with no reply. They do not answer their contact number. I have tried to cancel my order, and they do not allow returns, however, there is nothing to return when the items are never received. I shop from many similar sites and have had wonderful experiences, but please DO NOT buy from TOTSY!

    Totsy is a terrible business. They currently have a rating of “D” with the Better Business Bureau, and for the level of service I have received from them, I consider that high. Totsy has horrible customer service and ridiculous order completion time. I have placed several orders with them, and every single time I have had to wait 6 weeks +. In fact, after waiting over 8 weeks for one order, I tried and tried contacting Totsy customer service by phone and email and they wouldn’t respond or even answer the phone! The only way I have ever been able to contact them is by complaining on their Facebook page. (FYI, if you complain there or correspond with other customers on their FB wall, they will delete your post as soon as they see it so that their other potential customers won’t see it.) Only after complaining there did I finally get in touch with customer service, and they told me that OOPS, they never received that order from the designer, so they would issue me a refund. They JUST figured that out over 8 weeks after I placed my order? It makes me wonder if they would have ever given me a refund if I hadn’t complained. In the beginning, I kept trying to convince myself that the discounts I was getting were worth the hassle, but they most certainly are not. I have finally learned my lesson and will never buy from them again. I shop with now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. offers a much better selection and ships within 2-3 weeks, and they have great customer service. People should not waste their time with Totsy. They will certainly be disappointed.

    And the stories keep rolling in! I placed an order on August 16th and received part of it the end of September. I am still missing two pieces totaling $59.60 +shipping. I have emailed 4 times; called 3 times without even so much as a courtesy “we are looking into it” response!

    It has been over 60 business days or 12 weeks!!!

    So very frustrated!!!! I’m not quite sure how to proceed as I can’t dispute the whole amount with my credit card. I did receive a portion of my order. UGH!!

    I just tried to cancel an order after waiting weeks from placing it. I know that they will not get it to me in time for Halloween. The customer service rep (I called 24 times in a row) told me they cannot cancel it since it is already in shipping and yet I won’t get my tracking information until later in the week.

    At the end she assured me the other company would cancel it. I replied, “yes because other places have better customer service.” She actually said yes in response.

    Never again. She tried to fight me when I said I had read terrible things about their website online. I have yet to read a positive review of Totsy except from those who haven’t bought anything and learned of a new discount site.

    I too am having an issue with Totsy. I ordered an item back on 6/14 and have yet to receive the item. Like all of you, my card was promptly charged the day I placed the order. I tired emailing support and calling the customer service line and have yet to hear back from them.
    Today I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would encourage all of you to do the same:

    I normally don’ t leave reviews, but Totsy is so bad, I thought I also had to let people know. I placed a couple orders over 7 weeks ago and never received an order confirmation email, then when I looked at my totsy account my oders didn’t show up there either. That was the first clue this company didn’t have it together. I tried emailing, no response, finally got ahold of them through a phone call. My order was finally received in their warehouse and was being shipped to me. That was over 2 weeks ago. Still no tracking email or merchandise. In todays business world this company will not last with this type of ethics. I know I will never purchase from them again, and you better believe I will let people know how they do business. I just hope I can either get the merchandise or at this point I would just want my money back with interest after they charged my card 2 months ago.

    I have to say I agree with you, I won a $50 credit. I waited quite awhile to use it. When I finally did, I ordered a suit case for our upcoming vacation. I experienced EXACTLY what you did – I emailed to find out when I would get it (because, if I remember correctly, the site said I would get it in about 10 days from purchase) and I didn’t get it until about a month AFTER we were home from vacation. Really disappointing. :(

    I wish I had read this review before placing several orders on Totsy last month (Aug ’11). My first order was placed 08/11/2011 and was intended for a birthday gift this month. I still have not received the item or a confirmation email for any of my orders, but they show “pending” on my Totsy account page. I’ve emailed Totsy and got no reply. I want to cancel all of my pending orders but I’m worried they won’t refund the money after reading some of these comments.

They don’t call back, they don’t email back, my things never arrive, one was the wrong item, another never showed (still waiting for the refund) and a 3rd got to me after 9 weeks. I’ll never… ever… ever shop there and you can be darn sure I will post everywhere I can about them. They are a rip off company and people need to be warned.

    Thanks so much for this post. I ordered 2 toys as gifts from Totsy in July and it took the typical 4 weeks others are reporting for the order to ship and only one of the items was shipped. After my nephew received the shipment I received an email stating that there wasn’t enough inventory to fill the order – no specifics about which item. The email stated I’d be receiving a refund plus $5 credit. I had emailed them 2 days prior asking for information about the order since when I logged in to my account, there was no record of the order.

    I had considered placing another order with them, but after reading your post and some of the comments, I will be deactivating my account. Too bad!

    I recently blogged about my Totsy debacle – granted it only took 5 weeks to receive my order, but I received something completely different from what I ordered. Not only that, no one would answer my calls or return my e-mails.

    Then I blogged it. Within 24 hours, I had an e-mail from the President/COO trying to explain their side of things. Things still haven’t been resolved, as I have to return that item and then HOPE I get the correct one some day, but I will NEVER buy from them again – I even turned down $40 in store credit to “make things right”.

    I wish I too, had read this post before I ordered! I ordered a pair of swim trunks for my son on June 4th and my credit card was charged the same day. I emailed support on July 6th and never heard back. I just tried to call the support number today and got a voicemail, so I left a message and then I emailed them again. I am so disappointed because we have 3 swimming lessons left and still don’t have the trunks!! I am now going to be stuck with trunks that will be too small next year – if I ever even receive them! Live and learn I guess!

    Too bad I didn’t check out the web for comments about Totsy BEFORE I placed my order! I placed an order on June 15th. SPent approx. $50.00. Totsy immediately charged my credit card (really should charge when they ship but that isn’t my complaint), my complaint is that I have not received my order. It has been over a month! I am used to shopping at other bargain finder companies like Zulily & the Mini Social so I understand that it can take 2 maybe 3 weeks to get things BUT over a month! My biggest issue with Totsy is that I have sent 3 emails to support and left 3 voicemail messages inquiring about my order and they have not replied at all!!! I really don’t mind the order taking so long – I just don’t like the complete and total disregard for customer service. I expect I will have to contact my credit card company to get a resolution – I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well!

    My first and last order ever with Totsy was placed mid-June. No communication, no items. This Friday I will begin the process of $$ recovery through my credit card. The only other time I felt compelled to ‘recover’ money was when I bought an authentic 16-piece Chanel brush set through Ebay…via Hong Kong.

    I know…brilliant, huh?

    I wish I would have read this BEFORE I ordered from them. Placed my order on June 27th and got an email saying that they would email me once my order shipped. It’s July 13th and still not a word. I’ll wait patiently for another 2 weeks before I try and contact them.

    On a side note, Zulily is a similar site. I ordered from them 3 days after I ordered from Totsy and got my order today. Still longer than your typical online retailer but heads and shoulders above Totsy.

    I will definitely be googling these companies in the future BEFORE ordering from them!

    I ordered two things, from two different sales from Totsy on June 4th. I was really excited about the discount initially, but after waiting and waiting, I don’t think the discount is worth the hassle. I received half the order within the specified 15-20 business days(meaning, don’t count the weekends so that could be a month!), but now it’s been 25 days and I finally broke down and emailed their customer support to see why the other half hasn’t been shipped. After reading this, I am not expecting a quick reply. They were, however, quick to charge my credit card…so it seems their priorities are a little out of whack!

    I too had a bad experience with totsy! I ordered something on 13 may and did not hear (or see) a thing about it for a month… Though they took the money promptly after I ordered. I emailed them a month after and they replied with I’m sorry but we will have to credit you back…. As of today 8 July 2010 I still have yet to see any credit to my account nor have I heard anything else from them ( I just emailed them again). It is just $24 but it just infuriates me that I have to keep contacting this company for my money! It’s fraud!

    today i received an order from totsy that was placed on may 11th! it was over a month late and i received the wrong items!!! i ordered 2 dresses and instead received 1 dress and 1 top. i’m so disappointed because i will probably never get the dress i wanted and will be stuck with an awful top. this site is the pits. stay away!!!!

    I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. It’s really unfortunate, especially when it seems like it could have been a quick fix on their part.
    I have placed several orders with Totsy and have been happy with all of them. The shipping is definitely not the fasted – as it takes a while to get anything, but the bargains can be great.

      If you are still a spokesperson I could definitly use some help!!! I am running into brick walls everywhere I turn to try and get an issue resolved. I just placed the following post on Facebook to try and get a resolution – can you help me??!!
      FACEBOOK MESSAGE: Sorry to write this on here, but I feel I have exhausted all other options. I have left 3 phone messages, sent 4 emails regarding this issue with absolutely no response.

      I placed an order on August 16th – I wrote an email at the end of September when I hadn’t received my order yet. The order was shipped within a week…missing two items. I waited to see if the items would follow, since they didn’t I began trying to contact you. As of today (61 business days; 12 weeks) I still do not have the items or a response as to when I can expect a resolution.

      I would so appreciate it if you would please contact me as soon as possible regarding this issue. Again I apologize for issuing this appeal via Facebook, and would only like some sort of resolution. Thank you.
